Q. What happens when a wrong product is delivered?
We will refund 100%. However, if a right product is delivered and a client decides to cancel they might lose up to 60% of that money order, to cover costs
Q. Do we supply any product for any amount?
No. Our minimum order amount is R3000. We do not supply any product for less than R3000 or else you will be charged delivery
Q. Can a client return goods wrongly purchased?
Yes, provided it’s not damaged, and at 60% admin charges deduction. No returns on made-to-order products. all concrete products are made to order.
Q. Where do you offload when delivering?
We offload 3m away from where a truck can park. Anything more than that we deem it installation and should be charged accordingly.
Q. How much weight is a cube?
A cube of gravel aggregates is 1.3 tons, whilst that of sand is 1.5 tons and that of subbases like G5 the weight is 1.7 tons
Refund Policy:
We refund 100% if a wrong order delivered. Client has a right to refuse a wrong order. It must remain in the truck.
We refund 100% less transport costs if a client declines a delivered order, provided it’s not yet offloaded. This doesn’t apply to concrete orders and Asphalt as they are made to order.
Refunds take between 3-5 days to be done.
